Where do we deliver to?We deliver Australia wide and can also arrange delivery to New Zealand. For countries outside these area's, we can arrange delivery to a shipping port or delivery center where it can then be transferred to ship or plane for its ongoing journey to be organized by customers or the shipping companies in the destination countries.

How long does delivery take?We arrange delivery to leave the same day or next day after payment is received. Delivery times vary with our standard delivery time 2-4 days for Metro Areas and 3-6 days for remote areas (depending on how remote). Any delays to this and we will contact you or follow up with an email for an update.

Do you provide delivery tracking details?Yes we can normally provide tracking details and will email you these after delivery is booked in. If you don't receive them please contact us and we will provide them or let you know if it's not possible for some reason.

How much does delivery cost?For Metro Areas we provide FREE delivery* on all 'standard' orders. For remote areas we cover $75 delivery fee. For anything above see below: ​ For areas which are very remote or where delivery companies are quoting us a price above $75 inc GST we may need to contact you to discuss an additional delivery charge of the amount above $75 inc GST. Where possible we will try and pick this up, but Australia is a large country and its not always possible.

Where is delivery coming from?It depends on whether we ship direct from our warehouse or use the manufacturers warehouse to deliver from. We decide this based on your delivery location. For SuperFax, Uchida & Martin Yale brands we delivery from Brisbane, QLD or Melbourne, VIC. For IDEAL from Kings Park, NSW. For Ledah from Melbourne.

Do we provide Warranties on products we sell?We provide genuine manufacturer warranties on all products we sell at www.paperfoldingmachines.com.au Most warranties are 12 months and you simply contact us if you have issues and we can process warranty claims on your behalf.

How long are the warranties?All our products come with warranties and length of warranty depends on the brand you are purchasing. Most of our products come with 12 month manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty length should be on the product page for each product. Please feel free to contact us if this is missing.

How do I process a warranty if there's an issue with the product?If you have any issues with the products you buy from us please contact sales@paperfoldingmachines.com.au and we can process any issues covered by warranty for you and seek to get a repair, replacement or refund on your behalf. The option depends on the issue and what the options the manufacturer grants us to resolve the issue.

How do I service my paper folding machine outside of warrantyAfter purchasing any paper folding machine from www.paperfoldingmachines.com.au you can contact us anytime for support. We store all invoices and can check if you are still in your warranty period. If you are in warranty we can organize a warranty repair, replacement or refund on your behalf (option depends on issue and what the manufacture allows us to provide). If you are outside your warranty period or the issue isn't covered by warranty, there are service agents operating around Australia for all brands. Please contact us anytime you need servicing and we can provide you with contact details of a repair agent for you to contact.

Can we get a refund?If you have ordered a product and changed your mind and it hasn't been delivered we can cancel your order and process a refund. If you have ordered a product and changed your mind and delivery is underway we may be able to cancel your order and process a refund. In this instance we might need to take off any delivery costs we've been charged by the courier companies we use.

Can we return a product?Please check the product specifications and contact us to ask any questions if you are uncertain about anything before placing the order to make sure you are ordering the right product. ​ We can provide a refund or exchange on orders minus any delivery costs to get the product to you and back to us when returned. For this to be valid the product must be unused and preferably in an unopened box. If the box has been opened and the product is unused we would contact the manufacturer to get permission to provide a refund or exchange. If we have delivered the wrong product that was ordered we would of course arrange the return of the product and the correct one to go out at no cost to our customers.

Do we provide customer support?We provide after sales customer support if you need advice on setting up your paper folding machine or have any questions on the product or use of the product. For this we may need to get the manufacturer or wholesalers technical team or product manager to contact you. We provide after sales customer support if you have any service issues with your paper folding machine. For this we may need to process a warranty claim for you, point you to a service agent if you're outside of warranty or get our technical team or the manufacturer or wholesalers technical support team to contact you. Either way we provide assistance where we can.
